
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
1 scoop Pura Flex+
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
¼ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 tbsp chopped almonds
Method:
1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine oats, Pura Flex+, chia seeds, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well to incorporate the collagen powder thoroughly.
2. Gently fold in the strawberries and top with chopped almonds for crunch.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. In the morning, give it a quick stir, add extra strawberries or almond slivers if you like, and enjoy.
Extra tips...
Swap in blueberries or mango if strawberries aren’t in season.
For extra creaminess, use full-fat yogurt or add a spoonful of nut butter.
Make it in batches for a week of ready-made breakfasts.
