Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

¼ cup maple syrup or honey

¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter

1 scoop PURA Flex+ Collagen

1 cup almond flour (or plain flour)

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup dark chocolate chips
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.

In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, melted oil and collagen.

Stir in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the loaf tin and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
