
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger)
- 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
- 1 scoop Glow+ Unflavoured Collagen
- Whipped cream + cinnamon for topping (optional)
Method:
1. In a small pan, heat the milk, pumpkin purée, sweetener, and spices until steaming (don’t boil).
2. Whisk in your scoop of Glow+ until fully dissolved.
3. Pour the espresso or coffee into a mug, then top with the pumpkin-spiced collagen milk.
4. Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
5. Sip, savour, and glow into autumn.
