Need some new breakfast inspiration, a post workout snack or just want to change it up a bit? Seize the day with our get up and go green smoothie, featuring your daily dose of flex+

200ml milk of choice (we used almond milk)
1 banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp of crunchy peanut butter (The natural type. Also works with smooth or almond butter)
2 tsp of honey
2 scoops of Flex+

Shove it all into a blender, blitz, pour and SEIZE THE DAY!
