How to take our collagen powders

As our range of clinically proven collagen solutions expand, we are often asked: ‘Can I take more than one product?’ Or ‘Is there such a thing as too much collagen?’
The short answer is no, you can’t take too much and yes, you can take more than one product…but let us elaborate.

Our original products flex+ and glow+ will always remain the core formulas, that require a consistent daily dose for you to reap the benefits of supplementing with collagen. Whether it be anti-ageing or pain-free joints you’re after, we hope to give you the tools to unlocking a positive life. These unflavoured powders can be added to your coffee, post work out shakes, smoothies, yogurts…this list is endless!

The newer, naturally flavoured solutions such as protect, for the immune system, and the eagerly anticipated sleep, for a good night’s rest, are designed to be situational ‘bolt on’ products. You can take these alongside the original products as directed when you are feeling the need to use them.
As their unique peptide chain structure facilitates absorption, Bioactive Collagen Peptides (BCP®s) stand out from the broader class of other polypeptides. One reason being that Bioactive Collagen Peptides exhibit a high concentration of proline and glycine, amino acids which form strong peptide bonds that are more resistant to being broken down by digestive enzymes.
