Smoothie Bowl đ
Ingredients
â 1 frozen banana
â Handful of frozen strawberries
â Drop of water
â 2 scoops of either flex+/glow+
â Toppings: honey, blueberries, granola, seeds, shaved dried coconut
Method
1) Add the banana, strawberries, Pura Collagen and a dash of water into a blender.
2) Blend.
3) Scoop out into a bowl and top with your preferred toppings.
