Ideal for Valentines day with it's perfectly pink shade, this beautifully bright smoothie is good for the heart, soul and stomach! What you'll need (serves 2): - 1-2 scoops of glow+ - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt - 1 tsp honey - 1 cup frozen berries - 1 cup fresh beetroot - handful of ice cubes Simply combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend to your desired consistency. Serve in your favourite glass.
