Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 200ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of protein
  • Dash of maple syrup
  • Handful of ice
  • Your preference amount of glow+/flex+

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
  2. Simple, enjoy!
