Ingredients
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1 banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 200ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 scoop of protein
- Dash of maple syrup
- Handful of ice
- Your preference amount of glow+/flex+
