No-bake Energy Granola

Sprinkle on top of your breakfast!

This takes no time at all!⏰


  • 150g maple syrup
  • 50g coconut oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 180g oats
  • 75g raisins
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • Your preference amount of glow+/flex+


  1. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, glow+/flex+ and salt to a bowl.
  2. Then, stir in the oats, raisins, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Tip the mixture into a 20cm square cake tin lined with greaseproof paper, press down, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  4. Take out the fridge and break up into small pieces.
  5. Enjoy over yogurt!
