This takes no time at all!⏰
- 150g maple syrup
- 50g coconut oil
- Pinch salt
- 180g oats
- 75g raisins
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- Your preference amount of glow+/flex+
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, glow+/flex+ and salt to a bowl.
- Then, stir in the oats, raisins, and pumpkin seeds.
- Tip the mixture into a 20cm square cake tin lined with greaseproof paper, press down, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Take out the fridge and break up into small pieces.
- Enjoy over yogurt!
