Glow+ dairy free collagen ice cream 🍦
- 2 cups of a milk alternative (we used almond milk)
- 1/2 cup of nut butter of your choice (we used peanut)
- 1/3 cup of sweetener of your choice (we used honey)
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Your preferred amount of flex+/glow+
1) Pop all the ingredients into an ice cream maker and wait until it forms a thick mixture. 2) Scrape into a freezer container or a large loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze until solid. 3) Enjoy with whatever toppings you fancy!
