In celebration of World Chocolate Day, we thought we'd give you a little collagen themed chocolate treat!
Chocolate covered strawberries! Ingredients 125g of your favourite dark chocolate A punnet of fresh strawberries 1 scoop of glow+ or flex+
Pura Collagen If you want to be really fancy, 50g of white chocolate for drizzling Method Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over boiling water, stirring frequently until glossy and smooth Take the chocolate out the microwave or off the heat Sprinkle a scoop of Pura Collagen into the chocolate and stir until fully dissolved Dip the strawberries one by one into the chocolate, coating evenly Lay each strawberry on a plate or baking sheet lined with grease proof paper Pop into the fridge until the chocolate has hardened with a matt finish Whilst they are chilling - melt the white chocolate in the same way Bring the strawberries out of the fridge and with a teaspoon, get a dripping amount on the spoon and drizzle over the strawberries. It's always good to practice first! Put back in the fridge until ready to serve ENJOY!
