Chocolate Almond Overnight Oats

  • 140ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder, chocolate or vanilla
  • 1½ tsp cocoa powder
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 10g ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt, such as Greek
  • Handful almonds, sliced
  • Your preference amount of glow+/flex+


  1. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the almond butter, protein powder, glow+/flex+ and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth. Stir in the oats and flaxseed, cover and chill overnight.
  2. The next morning stir in the yoghurt and serve topped with the sliced almonds.
  3. Enjoy!
