Brownie Batter Oats

Super simple and quick recipe ⏰


  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Sprinkles
  • Chocolate chips
  • Your preference amount of glow+/flex+


  1. Add the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla yogurt, honey, collagen, and milk into a bowl and mix!
  2. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pour sprinkles and chocolate chips onto the top of the oats.
