The perfect morning oats!
Super simple and quick recipe ⏰
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- Drizzle of honey
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Chocolate chips
- Your preference amount of glow+/flex+
- Add the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla yogurt, honey, collagen, and milk into a bowl and mix!
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
- Pour sprinkles and chocolate chips onto the top of the oats.
